By completing an order with Pegasus Soaps, you agree to all of the below terms and conditions. We are NOT responsible for mishandling or misuse of our products. By reading these policies you agree to the below terms and conditions

We are strickly retail, we do not offer wholesale or private labels at this time. Our items are made when order. We do not allow our products to sit on shelves waiting to be sold. This is to allow our customers to customize their orders with specifics scents and fragrance that they want.

Shipping details

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

It typically takes me AT LEAST 1-2 days to process and package s your order for shipment. If there is a delay for any reason, I will contact you as soon as possible. Currently, I do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. I do apologize for the inconvenience but rest assured I have packaged your item the best as humanly possible :)

Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include Saturday and U.S. federal holidays.

We ship to the US including Alaska, PR and Hawaii and Canada.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :Other international countries are on a case by case base depending on shipping cost. Shipping cost have increased here in the US significantly and I can find alternatives methods to ship depending on what you order.

International Customers Customs :

We are not responsible for customs fees and should be considered when placing an order with us. You need to check your country's custom procedures prior to purchasing. This is the responsibility of the customer(you) to handle any custom fees for your country.

**Shipping to someone else

If you are shipping to someone else please make a note in MESSAGE TO SELLER BOX during checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
<p>

Please be sure to verify your address on file when checking out to avoid shipping delays. It is EXTREMELY important to make sure your shipping address is correct.

If you have already checked out and your address is incorrect, please notify me ASAP so that I may correct the address manually before shipping.
<p>
If your order has been shipped to an incorrect address that you have supplied (like a previous address) and USPS has returned the package to me, I will contact the customer to issue a refund for the items only. If you want the items reshipped to the correct address, the customer will pay for the return shipment.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

All packages are shipped using USPS.
<p>
First Class Mail (small-medium items): typically 2-5 business days Most packages arrive within 3 days depending on where you live but some may take up to 5 days

Priority Mail: typically 2-3 business days Any package that weighs over 13 oz
First-Class INTERNATIONAL Shipping times may vary depending on what country it is being shipped to.

DID YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVED LATE?
<p>
I don't have control of the shipping times for your order. I wish I did but unfortunately I have to leave all that up to USPS. Please note that busy times of the year (Holidays with a *special* emphasis on Christmas) the Post Office is extremely busy so please place your order early to allow plenty of time to process and ship. Refunds will NOT be issued for orders that arrive "late". If you waited for the last minute to place an order, you can't expect your items to arrive in the normal shipping time as holiday shipping can delay shipping so please make sure you order your items at least 3 weeks in advance.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Due to the personal nature of the products sold at Pegasus Soaps, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Prior to placing your order, please email us with any product questions. If you are not completely delighted with your order for any reason, please email us at pegasussoasp@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve your issues.

We will work with the customer to iron out any issues that may arise. I put in a lot of work and time to make sure everything is perfect before it leaves my hands.

WE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND YOUR ITEMS IF.....

Broken or Loose tops and jars (If it was our mistake)
Leaking product
Wrong Order (As we sometimes make mistakes as we are human)
Lost packages
Damaged boxes or damaged items (crushed boxes or bottles)
Unfortunately we will not replace or refund for theft of packages

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING?
<p>
If your item was damaged or broken during shipping, please send me a convo within 3 DAYS of receiving your package and please do not discard the item, shipping box, and packaging materials. We will either replace your items or give a refund (minus) the shipping cost for the items that were damaged during shipping.

PACKAGE LOST IN MAIL?
If you believe your package has been lost in transit and tracking has confirmed that is is lost somewhere, please send me a convo within 30 days. I will help you locate your package and if unsuccessful, we will issue a full refund.

**DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED
<p>
If your package has been confirmed as "delivered" by the tracking number, unfortunately we will not refund or replace your item. Please check with your local Post Office, Apartment building office as they sometimes leave packages there, Customs Office, neighbors, spouse, children or roommates as you will not receive a refund/replacement.
<p>
USPS Insurance does not cover packages that have been confirmed as delivered by USPS. In most cases, your package is sitting at your local post office. I will do my best to help find you package as well on my end.
<p>
DAMAGED PACKAGES?
If your box such as crushed opened by PO or if it was damaged during shipping (DO NOT OPEN ) you can return it as long as it is not opened and please send me a convo within 3 DAYS of receiving your package.

Canceled/Changed orders
<p>
Online ordering processes are automated, so we are unable to make changes to an order once it is finalized and shipped. If you need to add additional items, you can either checkout with the additional items or send me a convo and and I will send you a invoice with the items and payment. Canceled orders that have already been boxed up for shipment will not be available for refund. Only BEFORE the item is boxed and ready to ship

Disclaimer

Although allergic reactions to natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend you discontinue use if irritation does develop and contact your physician. Some of our products contain ingredients that derived from nuts such as Shea butter. We try our best to list all active ingredients in our products so you are aware of any ingredients you may be sensitive to.
